This site started as a personal itch for trying to understand how the new tyres that Pirelli had constructed for the 2011 season would affect the racing. As with all such personal endeavours work and real-life conspired against me and the site has wallowed a little over the years - mostly being nothing more than an allocated web domain that consumes one of the valuable IPv4 IP addresses left in the world!

Hopefully this season will allow me to expand the site into something that at least provides some interesting information to me, if not others.

At the moment this site is still very much a work in progress, but watch this space!
